    Some SRM 7.6.04 questions

      I have couple question below and appreciate your help:


      • Once we login to request entry in 7.6.04 we see suggestions entry point. I added info into that but now able to figure out who gets it and how does it work and what is the purpose?
      • We see Knowledge Search checkbox near search window. Let's say user does not find a relevant KB , ideally what will be next steps. COme back to SR for creation of SR or  can Knowledge Management auto generate a service request?
