-KB should be browse-able by product/area (eg, patch, compliance)
-better curation of articles to avoid dupes or seemingly conflicting articls
-better search, not just top 10

Thanks guys - I created ideas in the The specified item was not found. for these and other suggestions. I know we use the knowledgebase all day as members of Customer Support, but I am looking for feedback from the community at large where to focus our efforts, so if anyone else has ideas on areas to focus - please chime in.
