I checked the health dashboard and it shows "impacted". After following KB article, I do not know what to do next. The KB arcitcle references an FTP location but it does not designate what to download. I have even read the read me in the directory that is specific to my environment but the read me just references the KB article URL. The issue that I am having is with the RHN online downloader (not the offline downloader).
Environment: Windows / 8.3.00
Status: Was able to download the RHN RPMs in the past, now I am no longer able to. I even checked the RHN account to verify login is possible and that there wasn't a "license agreement" that needed to be accepted and there isn't.
12/2/2013 - Fixes are available for most versions at the below FTP location related to the occurrence on 11/21/2013. If you do not see your version on the FTP server, please create a ticket with BMC Customer Support.

You need to download the files and run the installers to upgrade to the fix level that contains the fix.
If you have any problem doing that, please open a case with support who can go through it with you in detail.
