there is a bug with the installation.
On your TMART execution servers, create a folder Include at C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMC TM ART Central 4.2\bin\Core
Then copy inside the file pacSupport.jp located in C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMC TM ART Central 4.2\bin\Core\include\
i did that because i know this problem from webscripts using pac files after the upgrade to 4.2, but i am not sure if that completely solves the issue with the URLChecker? does the pacSupport file also gets used for the proxy settings not using pac files?
and the pacSupport.js file to copy is located in ..\bin\core\working\include
I am not sure if proxy settings are concerned, but I use both and this is
the only manipulation I had to do to fix the issues.
