-rwxr-xr-x 1 nmsadmin nmsgrp 5020 Feb 27 2009 checkprocess.sh
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 26 Nov 14 09:59 delete.pl
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nmsadmin nmsgrp 685 Feb 27 2009 newstmlog
lrwxrwxrwx 1 nmsadmin nmsgrp 15 Feb 27 2009 syslog-ng -> /sbin/syslog-ng
-rwxr-xr-- 1 nmsadmin nmsgrp 1994 Jul 11 2008 sysngfileszero.pl
-rwxr-xr-x 1 nmsadmin nmsgrp 119131 Feb 27 2009 trapgen
sl73vnvealog01% cat delete.pl

how to count total number of servers from Group Explorer windows ?
When you expand a server group or server smart group in the servers workspace, if you look in the left bottom of your console in the properties tab, it displays the number of children in that server group along with total.
