I just looked at it and I don't see anything related to proxy though. Maybe you could add that in with a WebSetProxy() call.

Quick question, the WEBPAGEURL() function will behave like the OOB URL Checker?
I had a custon monitor to check that, but instead of a file I hard coded the URL's into and Array and I'm algo giving Friendly names for every URL in order to show the response time into a custom counter.

I looked at the standard URLChecker to see. It is at
C:\Program Files (x86)\BMC Software\BMC TM ART Central 4.2\StandardMonitors\UrlChecker.sep
It is zipped so you can make a copy called UrlChecker.zip to unzip and examine.
Yes, it does use WebSetProxy.
