    Prefill Contact Details stopped working

      I've configured recently Agent preference templates and I've set the option "Prefill New Requests with my Contact information". Unfortunately it does not work. Agents must type the contact info manually. Any ideas what might be wrong? How to re-enable prefill option? I'm using LDAP Address Book.


      SC 11.6 on SQL 2012.
