in case this is a production environment, it's always recommended to open a Support Case with BMC....
However here are a couple of questions:
- What exactly do you mean by slow (UI responses, Job-Processing, which Jobs are slow ?) ?
- Was the system performing good beforehand ?
- Did you already restart the App-Servers (sounds stupid, but sometimes helps) ?
- Did anything change, which may cause the issue (Updates applied, infrastructure changes) ?
- Any suspicious entries in the App-Server Logs ?
