    I/O error occurs while connecting to server via Citrix Recorder

      I have a requirement where I need to record a Citrix session.

      As a part of that I am choosing the project type as Terminal Services>Citrix.

      I provided the server details to connect to the server but the recorder displays an error while connecting to the server - "An I/O (Input/Output) error occurred while your request was being processed."

      Please find the attached image.

      I am using the TM ART v4.1. I also tried this using Workbench v4.2 but the results are same.

      Can you please let me know what could be wrong here?
