I had a customer request this a while ago. If I remember correctly there was no BSA server object we could use to do this. So they ended up writing a Windows script (command line or PowerShell) to accomplish this. You can add a script like that into BSA and execute it against whatever servers you like.
Depending on how you choose to remediate, you might also be able to create a Compliance check first to see if the server has the pagefile set to how you want it. And if not, have a remediation package deploy to the servers that don't meet that check.

Is this actually working for you? I read several forums where there was an issue just setting this registry key, so they preferred setting it via script or command line.
