I have already tried replacing the AtriumWidget file in the Data Visualization form.

Sounds like an Mid-Tier Configuration issue,
Please go to you mid-tier config form http://<Mid-tier>:<port>/arsys/shared/config/config.jsp
Click on General Settings
Ensure the Visualization field is filled in.
Also have a look at: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ac81/Atrium+widgets+and+the+mid+tier+issues
After an install of CMDB, you also need to restart the Mid-Tier as per the post implementation tasks
Yes, this resolved my issue. The field was blank.
I have installed Atrium Integrator Server and I have set the Data Visualisation Module Server in the Midtier Configuration page and even checked the Data Visualisation Module Form from the user tool. I find the entry for 'AtriumIntegrator'.
But when I try to launch Atrium Integrator Console, the following error pops up. I checked the Installation Logs for AtriumIntegrator Server But did not find any error. Can you please suggest what needs to be done or have I missed some comfiguration to launch Atrium Integrator Cosole.
ARERR The requested plug-in "AtriumIntegrator" does not exist in the list of Data Visualization Module Server(s) in the BMC Remedy Mid Tier Configuration Tool.'
Good day Shilpa,
Although a similar issue, this is different to the issue that has described in the original question and I've not seen it before.
I would suggest creating a new thread for this
Have a look at your "Data Visualization Module" form in Remedy, the entry with JAR might be missing (If it is, trying copying the AtriumWidget one, and give it the new name of "AtriumIntegrator", i.e. same jar and version details)
Also have a look at https://docs.bmc.com/docs/display/public/ac81/Atrium+widgets+and+the+mid+tier+issues
If the solution suggested by Wallace Roets does not work, try Rob Burton's suggestion in this post Re: ARERR No module with name "AtriumWidget" was found in the following configured module server(s) "[Server]". to replace the JAR attachment in the Data Visualization Module form.
