It could be agent compatibility issue.
What's the appserver version and agent version on the target? If they are not at the same level, give it a try by making the target agent same level as appsever.
Check the ACL
Are you able to do - agantinfo [target servername] from appserver?
This may be because the agent is not licensed. Can you run an ‘agentinfo
’ from a ‘nsh here’ window ?
when I select 'nsh here' the window pops up then disapers
Appserver = 8.0
Agent = RSCD800-1014-W64
95% of servers are fine. Its just a few i'm having issues with.
Did you checked if agent is licensed and running ?
Run the agentinfo command from Appserver through NSH and share the result.
Also, login to any of the target machine having issue and check/share the RSCD log
Try reregistering the dll files:
Run CMD as administrator and:
CMD> cd C:\[bladelogic_agent]\RSCD
CMD> regsvr32 stPackager.dll
CMD> regsvr32 stPatchAssessment.dll

Thanks for everyone’s help. It was a license issue on the 3 critical servers I needed to Patch this week . The other servers are still having an issue however I well leave those till next week as my colleague who usually deals with BL is back from holiday.
