1 of 1 people found this helpfulWhat happens when you run the startup script? Is there an error in the appserver.log? Is the file server RSCD agent installed? Did you run the post-install configuration? (blappconf will let you re-run it).

Thanks for your help, I've tried with stop and then start again the follow process:
AppServer
1
/etc/init.d/blappserv
stop
None
2
/etc/init.d/blprocserv stop
blappserv must
not be running
3
/etc/init.d/rscd-fw
stop
blappserv must
not be running
4
/etc/init.d/rscd
stop
blappserv must
not be running
And the console connection works.
