It basically connectivity issue.
If you are using any loadbalancer between console and appserver, then try connecting your console to direct app server without load balancer and check. If you still getting same error, then raise call to BMC support team.

Yes, When I try to connect to the console I get this error message as a pop-up. Once I click OK, I can continue my work. But I cannot reproduce as this issue is not very frequently occurring, even other users started reporting this issue.
Did you check by connecting your console to app server directly without using load balancer?

So, what was the result of following the suggestions made in the earlier posts?
Do you have a Load Balancer implemented?
If so, do you get the problem when doing a direct connection and not using the LB?
Have you spoken to your Network Admins to get this researched?
Or do you want to just draw a line under this, and I can close the thread?

I am already in load balancer and I can't connect directly without LB as already we are running with LB setup.
