Hi Srini, If you want to add Custom fields in ITSM universe then modify HPD_Help_Desk view:- 1.After adding custom field on HPD:Help Desk form first find custom column name from Transaction table.ex.T2067 in Database. 2. Add custom column name into select statement(SQL tab) of HPD_Help_Desk view. 3.Run Query and Save it.
4.Now,you can check this custom column name in ITSM universe.
Hope this helps...
Check if it is available in "HPD_HELP_DESK__o" view.
It's a very old thread more than 15 months, I have customized database view for help desk to include those custom fields.
