Turn OFF IE Enhanced Security Configuration

Does anyone know the magic trick to turn off the IE Enhanced Security Configuration for Win 2008 R2?  I've tried following several articles I found via Google, but Microsoft apparently made this damn near impossible to do via a command line.

Here is what I'm using that is supposed to work -- but doesn't....

      REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{A509B1A7-37EF-4b3f-8CFC-4F3A74704073}" /v IsInstalled /t REG_DWORD /d 00000000 /f

      REG ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{A509B1A8-37EF-4b3f-8CFC-4F3A74704073}" /v IsInstalled /t REG_DWORD /d 00000000 /f

      Rundll32 iesetup.dll, IEHardenLMSettings

      Rundll32 iesetup.dll, IEHardenUser

      Rundll32 iesetup.dll, IEHardenAdmin

      REG DELETE "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{A509B1A7-37EF-4b3f-8CFC-4F3A74704073}" /va /f
