Yes, as per my knowledge, if the value of the runtime.storage.corruptFlag property is 0 or less than 4, then no repair is needed. If the value is greater than 4, then repair is needed.

is strange. my system have corruptFlage = 4 but i have no problem and no workspace defect.
therefore would be interesting to know what 4 means.
I believe there definitely need to be storage errors in the tuner history or audit logs. Check for any storage exceptions in these logs.
Not having a storage issue even when the flag is set to 4 is also an issue that needs to be raised with BMC Support .
