what does the log says.
by default, unzip extracts the files to pwd and not to the dir where the zip existed.
Pass -d <path> to the unzip command and you'll get the files extracted to your /tmp/oracle
The most powerful way of troubleshooting failed deployments in BSA is to view the deploy log on the target server. It will list all the commands executed and the output from each.
On your target Linux server, open the bldeploy file corresponding to your failed job run.
You can live-brows to it in BSA and right-click -> tail -f to view real-time execution.

- Added the unzip command after copy and extracted it to the "/oraunix/ora" directory.
unzip /tmp/client.zip /tmp/ora
- we added the commands to modify the permissions and on the extracted directory.
chmod -R oracle:oinstall /tmp/ora/client
chmod -R 777 /tmp/ora/client
