BMC MainView: good to have a data dictionary of all fields?

When working with mainview, esp. when defining alarms, you have to know something about the fields in a view. Sometimes there is NO help or hint HOW this field is defined. Therefore, if you define alarms with wrong assumption then you can see some strange results in alarms.

Let me explain with a simple example:

So, it would be good if we have a data dictionary of all fields of mv views to avoid errors (in interpreting, in alarm defining, ...). Do you agree?
