    Licensing Portal Unreachable every few hours , reachable after Bladelogic App Service restart

      Hi,

       

      We are using BSA 8.1 SP3

       

      After a few hours (anywhere between 8-20) when trying to license we get the error Licensing Portal Unreachable.

       

      AU2004ST0801# blcli_execute Server licenseServer au2004st0809

      Command execution failed. com.bladelogic.om.infra.mfw.util.BlException: Exceptio

      n caught while invoking a licenseWSRequest with the Licensing Portal: Failed to

      communicate with the Licensing Portal. Check your Licensing Portal connection se

      ttings.

       

      Upon restarting the bladelogic application service this issue stops and we are able to continue licensing for another few hours and this issue appears again.

       

      Has anyone run into anything similar ? Any pointers will be very helpful.

      P.S : We have also tried increasing the MaxAttemptsToLicensePortal value however that has not helped either.
