    Unable to add additional fields in Overview, Incident Management and Change Management Console

      Hi Guys,

      A client is asking for some fields to be added in the three consoles I have mentioned above:

      Overview – Customer Site

      Incident Management – Customer Site, Requester Full Name

      Change Management Console – Change Type

      Whenever I tried to do that from the Best Practice Mode, I couldn’t. I have created an overlay of the form, the view and the table but still I can’t add any fields. But I was able to add these fields from the Base Development mode but I still can’t see them on the consoles even after flushing the cache several times.

      Can you please assist with this?
