are all the directories down to NSH/br readable by 'bladmin' ? it's possible the /opt/bmc directory is not readable by the bladmin user (eg 755)
Check Installation is completed successfull or not, check the /user/lib/rsc/HOME file for the Installation dir.Because its seems that /opt/bmc/BladeLogic/8.1/NSH/br: Not a directory is not available.
The user using which you are running you bladeloggic application should have proper permission as given by Bill?
Also after checking this..check any java process(which can block your bladelogic application not to run) is running or not, if it is , then stop them..(do not try to kill until or unless u r forced)
Hope it helps..
i've seen this before. if you get the 'permission denied' message from the su, it's a unix file system permission issue.
