I didn't get well what you need, can you give us more details please?
Do you need a copy of all notifications? you can add an email copy in administration ==> mail preferences to all your email notifications.
say you have 10 threaded description entries and 5 attachemnts in a ticket. How do you tell which attachments came with which description entry ?
From what I have learned it appears you can't. In Ver 11.5, the description field is a simple text field that is appended. There is no 1 to many relationship.
Attachments are stored in a single field and that field is associated with the record. The only way you could associate the attachment with a description entry is to come up wiht a standard format of notating that you added an attachment and putting it in the description.
