    how to link attachments to the respective description entries (emails)

      as you know in FP tickets, attachments could be added as part of an email or by agents manually.


      I've a customer requirement to export out all the email exhanges of all tickets every night.


      I can find the emails in the descriptions but how can i find the link between the emails and the attachments ? Is this information stored anywhere in footprints ?
