      I followed the whitepaper for using BIRT to design web reports for Remedy.  I created a report and am able to preview it in BIRT.  When I attached it to Remedy and attempt to run it as a web report, I get - "An error had occurred. Please see your administrator. (ARERR 9426)".  I cannot find anything in the log files with a more useful error message.  I am new to Remedy, so maybe I am not looking in the wrong place.  Where should I look for a more detailed error message?
