I have now resolved this, it was a licence issue. I have re-generated a license key and it works fine
Did you create a PSI in the virtualization class for the server (IP) and associate the connection w/ that PSI ? do that and then try and push the CO.
which product the license key for ? vcenter or rscd agent ?
i also face this trouble now , and my rscd agent version is 8.2.01 , os is ms2008 enterprise , vcenter license is ready . but it still not work .

Whats the error you are seeing in the job, could you please check the job run results and post the error you are seeing?
I think realtek is talking about RSCD agent license. Certain properties of a server are fetched to see if the CO is applicable on the target. This data cannot be fetched if the Agent is not licensed. If licensing alone does not solves the problem, running a USP job on the target resolves the problem.
