    DPR-ERR-2082 An error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. The complete error has been logged by CAF with SecureErrorID:2012-10-01-14:33:54.901-#2

      Hi I am getting the above error when trying to log into the Reports webpage, I know this is a generic error, so looking into the cogserver.log, I am seeing the following entry when I tried to restart the app server.

       

      10.66.214.63:9300       9076    2012-10-01 14:33:54.902 +1                                      Thread-45       caf     6012    1       Audit.dispatcher.caf Request                  Failure         SecureErrorId: 2012-10-01-14:33:54.901-#2  Original Error: PRS-CSE-1258 Problem encountered during verification of session capability information.  com.cognos.accman.jcam.crypto.CAMCryptoException : CAM-CRP-1346 Failed to get the HMAC value to verify the package capability trust token. Invalid digest of the common symmetric key. Unable to find an appropriate common symmetric key to decrypt the data.

       

      We had an issue just before this where the database password had expired, so that was reset, and I now see this error.

       

      Has anyone any ideas?
