you need to use the CMDB Console "Service Catalog" to correctly define the Service Catalog (and offerings etc) for them to show up correctly.
Refer to the CMDB guides on how to do this.
Thanks for suggesting that, I have checked the service catalog console in CMDB but it is blank. I have already defined 7 Business Services using the Business Service form recently and I am able to see these business from Incident Console. Does anybody know why the service catalog is empty despite defining the services?
you need to set the type of the business service, either "Technical Service" or "Business Service".
Then ist would be displayed in the service catalog and you can configure anything else round that.

Yes that was the problem, the service type was unknown and when I changed it to Business Service I was able to see them on the list. Thanks a lot for that.
