    Error in TLS Protocol

      One of our servers returned an error "Error in TLS Protocol"  after a verify.  Secure file was good. Communication to the appserver was good.  Port was open.  Agent was working in the past.  We stopped the agent, deleted the certificate.pem, started the agent.  Nothing seemed to work.   Eventually we uninstall and reinstalled the agent.  This isn't an answer that I want to provide the end user.  Is there something else we can try when these issues occur?
