Is your submitter mode locked? Check it from server information->Licenses .
Can you paste the exact error here? Is it for a single user or every end user is getting the same error and for the same field?
Thank you very much for you reply, rror is getting for all the end user with read license, will provide you soon the exact error details for he same.
I am getting below errors,
You do not have write access to this record:Rating(ARERR 331)
You do not have write access to this recrord:Comment(ARERR 331)
You do not have write access to this recrord:z1D_GroupPermission(ARERR 331)
am not able to find z1D_GroupPermission in SRM:Survey form
This error generally comes on surveys when the Submitter Mode is set to "Changeable" or if the user responding to the survey via url is not a submitter of that particular service request. How about you? Are any of these two conditions matching with you?
z1D_GroupPermission is not added in a view of SRM:Survey form. Please check the option "show fields not in view" from dev studio and you should see this field.
Also check this users profile in the "user" form for the "General Access" group. This group should be there in the "Group List" field on the user form for this user.
Ok Shantanu will let you know the details soon.

Whose name is coming under Requested For...in the SR(who is the Customer), he will remain as the Submitter of that Survey and the survey will be sent to that person and he can fill in and submit the survey....and if he has read license then that is possible having that Submitter Mode is 'Locked' as Shantanu mentioned here...
Thank you so much shantanu,
Issue was the same with submitter mode
Thank you all of you for your help on this
Can you please let me know what was the change ?
In our system - End User is having Read Lic and Submitter Mode is set to Locked.
But still I am getting record not found error. Submitter Mode should be Locked or Changeable ?
One of the user is getting the same error while submitting the survey.
Submitter mode is locked and in the user form, the Group list has "unrestricted access" and "general access".
Please guide me.
cross check who is the submitter of that survey ideally it has to be the requested for user...and the same user must be filling in the survey...check this...and of course you already ensured about the submitter mode to locked.
I verified this in service request form, the customer is the 'Requested for' user. The other thing is that,he is able to submit the survey through request entry console.
