Can you please let us know which ITSM version you are using?
Turn on the Logs & check what's going wrong..
From the screenshot it looks like 7.x version.
A few queries here:
- is it happening only in case of one or more locales ? or for EN locale as well?
- just in case, have you tried the same on higher versions like 7604-SP4 or 8.0
how is it going on for the incident?? when you open up the incident from the relationship tab is it opening up with the data??
now turn on the logs when opening up the incident and see how its done by going through the logs...and now when you open the change turn on the active link logs and see what is missing out.
i will see which is the active link supposed to open the change request in the modify mode and in the qual which field is referrenced that field is not going as null...or the user has permission to access that field(column) and things like that...
on the click of the view button...is it opening up in the dialog mode?? if thats the case there wil be open maping in which the incident number of instance id will be passed on and depending on that ...in the win open active links it will go to change form query and set the fields matching ids appropriately..
i am not sure in 7.x version is that dialog mode or modify mode...but both the ways you can try the above mentioned things...
