so is your smartgroup filtering for AGENT_STATUS = "Agent is not responding" and is that really the status of that property for your server ?
Can you Live-Browse the server from the console ?
Btw: the rscd.log on the target is always to place to look at for any agent related problem.
Ah and in addition, make sure that you set the smartgroup to
"Match ALL of the following conditions" ! ( It is set to any by default)
Otherwise all targets appear that match any of your defined rules!
I made that smart group by providing only a single condition:: AGENT_STATUS = "Agent is not responding" , and no any other condition has been provided there. And yeah, still i am able to browse live that linux box. and its showing me agent information also, but in property tab, at AGENT_STATUS i am getting "agent is not responding".
try right-clicking the server an select "Verify" so that the properties will be updated.
You can also run an "Update Server Properties" job against it, which should produce the same result.
Run an USP job against the server and it should update the properties. Maybe its taking an incorrect property.
