Did you talk to Support? They can provide you with the installers.
Open a ticket with BMC support if you cant find them on the EPD. They have access to the binaries for every version and will help you by uploading them on the BMC FTP.

They use to have an ftp folder under ftp.bmc.com/pub<ftp://ftp.bmc.com/pub> where they hide some binaries. Do you have access to that link by any chance?
We will open a case now and will update the thread. I am just very surprised a recent sp will be removed from the epd site.
I do have access to that link and tried to check 8.0 SP9 for you. But its very hard to find it there. Customer support uploads the files to that directory and makes it available for the customer. I could do that for you as well but its better to go via customer support.

Out of curisoity, I want to ask- why do you want specifically sp9 for 8.0? You could get the latest one for 8.0 ( I think sp11). It will have all the fixes that you have in SP9 and in fact more than that. I am sure thats available on the EPD.
This customer heavily customized a scheduling app around NSH and it is version sensitive and they don’t allow us to touch anything in ther environment!
We have plan month in advance and we don’t have the time to do this. My agents are also behind at sp8. I was able to upgrade the server to sp9 but then they did not approve the sp9 agent upgrade. Our life is not easy with this customer and now they have another highly customized system around NSH.
My bad, I did not read the first post correctly. if you are on SP 9 appserver, you will need the SP9 UI. Check with support, they will make the binaries available for you in minutes.
