Did you change the ‘MaxUserPersession setting?
Yes. It was 30 originally, bumped it to 100. Still got something connecting in at high rate that is causing those to exhaust.
I've confirmed its not CLM Platform Manager.
You restarted the appserver after you made the change?
I believe you should see the connections come in the appserver log or perhaps you can see something useful in the Infra Mgr for the webservice service.
We've narrowed it down to something in the CLM suite causing the denial of service. I've looked at the Infra Mgr and didnt see any particular detail for webservice service?
Did you find some solution to this problem. I got the same issue when i used SOAP web services. Do you know how to kill or destroy old session with web services.

it seems like a clm issue if clm is the one causing the number of sessions to be exceeded. doesn't seem like a bsa problem.
