    "Software Not Licensed" in RHEL

I've encountered a problem here, and I've seen it before. The only major parallel I can think of between the two instances has been the use of physical machines for provisioning.

The customer gives me a machine on which to test RHEL provisioning. Testing goes fine, and as expected. But after a while, the RSCD agents on newly provisioned hosts don't have temporary licenses after provisioning is complete. This keeps post-provisioning jobs from running.

My process is that I will provision a server, decomission it, deregister the license, and "reprovision later" on the NIC. It works for a while(maybe 15-20 provisioning runs) and then it just stops making temporary licenses. Am I doing something wrong?
