We are just starting to enter assets, only business services have been entered.
from the Atrium Core applications explorer console
I drag and drop a computer system icon
answer yes to convert the view to sandbox view
select the computer icon
select Edit from the menu
and the computer form comes up in search mode
it is supposed to come up in to a blank form so that I may enter the new asset information.
I follow the exact same steps on another remedy server and it works.
We appear to have the same permissions on both servers
What to do?? What am I missing???
It's a "known issue", I think it's solved in 7.6.04 sp2 (if memory serves), you should open a ticket with BMC Support.
