I need to know the best way to include the field "Expiration Date SLM" in the table "Assigned Work" of the Management Incident Console.
I have thought two to do it:
- Build a new field in HelpDesk Form, that is modified from SLM with a PushField whenever the expiration date is updated, and show this field in the table of the Management Incident Console.
- Build a new JOIN form between Helpdesk and SLM with all information necesary, incluided the "Expiration Date SLM", and create a new table in the incident console that read from this new form.
Somebody can help me? are correct the two ways?? somebody know other better/more easy way??
