Check that the HOME file in the rsc directory exists and has the correct NSH path to the BladeLogic app server directory. This file acts as a value for a vital variable.
The HOME file (the name is in all caps and has no suffix, even in Windows) sits in "/usr/lib/rsc" on Unix app servers and "C:\WINDOWS\rsc" on Windows app servers.
On a Windows app server running BladeLogic, the typical value in the file (the only line in the text file, no carriage returns) will read:
/cygdrive/C/Program Files/BMC BladeLogic/OM
Can you run agentinfo <fileserver> from the appserver and paste the results?
Once this has been confirmed, start the app service again (app server daemon on Unix, "/etc/init.d/blappserv start").
Also, The AppServer service uses the HOME file as a path to the NSH directory. Check the HOME and rootroot files in the C:\windows\rsc directory.
Thanks for your help.
Did it fix your issue? What the cause?
HOME file and rootroot file contained the valid entry.
Also rsc directory (exports, users.local and users file) seems to fine and contained valid entry.
I just delete my previous authenticaion profile and created a new one and the issue is fixed.
Still i am little doubtful about the cause of this issue caused after deleting cached credential in the BBSA console.
pls tell me the reason for this issue, I mean what made this problem to occur after the saved credential is deleted.
