    Enhancement request

      I've had several staff ask that when they get notification that a ticket is closed, they don't know what the ticket is that's closed.  I explain to them that the description is whatever they entered in the subject line (usually submitted by email) and that they can log into the web client to see ALL their tickets, open or closed.  But what they want is the work order descriptions & technician notes from inside the document to be in the email notification so they don't have to go to the extra step of opening the browser, etc.
