    User with Fixed license & CR approver role cannot able to approve change request

      Dear all,

       

      I am new to remedy tool. And my customer is using ARS 7.1. An user have fixed license and the Change request approver role provide to him. But he cannot able to approve the CRs since "approve" button not enabled for him. Kindly help me out for this issue.
