I have created a NSH script depot object. In the depot object, I have have marked the script as copy and execute (non-NSH script). I then created an NSH script Job pointing to the depot object.
When I run the job, I get the following errors:
Error Mar 18, 2012 11:51:53 PM /bin/bash: /var/tmp/stage/script_DBKey-SJobKeyImpl-2001165-6__503a0142-f8e8-48df-81fa-f1d6d32a21c5.2012455.1_template.sh: /bin/bash^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
I have verified the bash script is installed on the host and is in the /bin directory. I've also verified the script executes successfully on the host without errors.
Do anyone have ANY idea why this does not work as expected?
There seems to be a ctrl-M , ^M character at end of ur shebang line /bin/bash^M ( this is windows end of line)
this is not liked by Unix
remove all ^M characters from this script
easiest way is to run a dos2unix on the script
