What is the cause of error 302 OR what is steps in KB20014196

Hi All,

I am facing a problem when i am going to map CI with approval. it shows error no is 302 no entry exist in database .

I got related knowledge base ,ID KB20014196 there are some steps to solve this issue.

Please let me know how to find this KB20014196 or if any buddy know the steps in this KB please let me know.

Abhijit,

You should have support account to access KB articles.
After looging to support site, you can search KB article in Knowledge Base.

Hi Sachin,

Thanks to give your advice, I have support id and loged in to support but when i tried to search
KB20014196 its not avilable , is there any spacial field to find out knowledgebase id .

Hi,
the article is indeed there, try removing the "KB". You can also search for your error code string "ARERR 302".
There is a newer version of the Knowledge Base now up on the Support Site, so you will need to possibly reformat the query (although this should have been something you had already tried).
