You should have support account to access KB articles.
After looging to support site, you can search KB article in Knowledge Base.
Thanks to give your advice, I have support id and loged in to support but when i tried to searchKB20014196 its not avilable , is there any spacial field to find out knowledgebase id .

the article is indeed there, try removing the "KB". You can also search for your error code string "ARERR 302".
There is a newer version of the Knowledge Base now up on the Support Site, so you will need to possibly reformat the query (although this should have been something you had already tried).
