On what OS?
If windows 2008, did you do ‘run as administrator’?
Can you attach the c:\windows\temp\rscd_install.log (something like that)
It´s a Windows 2003 SP2, but reading c:\windows\temp\rscd_install.log i check that´s 4750 port is in use. Using netstat -abnovp tcp i found the right PID and I killed the process that using it. After i´m reinstall the agent and the problem was solved.
The account will get created on startup of the agent, so it’s likely that the port conflict was preventing the startup and therefore the acct creation.
