8.2 is already out, you can use it now.
Why it took such a long time , difficult to say. Some one from BMC support or Product management should be able to answer that.
I know 8.2 is released, but upgrading isn't feasable for us at the moment. (We've been struggling to get back on our feet after upgrading to 8.1 in the fall.)
Open a ticket w/ bmc support and request this be backported to 8.1
We are exploring that option now.
I guess my question was more for curiosity/information rather than a technical or how-to. It just seems odd that it's been two years and still not available in a version that has been in production for as long as it's been available.
Office 2010 is typically not installed on servers and bbsa is a server management product ? ☺

Our several thousand users of several hundred Citrix Metaframe servers would likely disagree with you on that point.
But either way, Office XP, 2003, and 2007 are in there so it just struck me as odd that 2010 was not. Was just curious if there was a technical reason or something else under the covers that made it somehow "different" than the older versions.
I don’t know of any good reason why this wouldn’t be included, unless shavlik had delayed adding it to their catalog for some reason.
