Do you have discovery enabled on the consolidator?
Yes it is enabled
- Has consolidation ever worked between this scanning appliance and consolidation appliance? If so then what changed before it stopped working?
- Did you setup consolidation as described at http://discovery.bmc.com/confluence/display/83/Consolidation#Consolidation-Approvingorrejectingascanningappliancerequest and try a connection test (I don't have a consolidation appliance to hand right now but am sure there is a conenction test offeed in the UI)?
- Are you seeing any errors reported?
Yes the consolidator was working just fine up until this morning, yes the consolidator has been setup the correct way, I did the test and it went well showing that they are connected and there are no errors.
So presumably you just don't see any reference to the discovery runs in the UI on your consolidation appliance? Any errors in the reasoning logs on scanning appliance?
Anyway, this is looking like a case for Support, with this thread referenced when you open this ticket.
The consolidator has two other appliances feeding it and they are pushing the data except for this one appliance, I have checked the logs and I don’t see/ find any errors
