Could be several things - in my experience it often means that a reference library is not correct, or is corrupted. What version of Windows 2003 is this? 32 or 64 bit? Are both machines at the same patch levels with the OS and any supporting software (Java, .Net, etc)?
I am having the same issue, many others have the application installed and working here. The only difference between my install and theirs is I am running the 64 bit version of the software and Fix 2 Pack. Is there any work on a fix or reason behind this?
