    Individual notification with reopened incidents

      Hi,

       

      I would like to change default  behaviour of  Incident  assignment email notification when requester reopens  (resolved) case  in requester console  from  Support group (all members are now getting notifications )  to Individual (only the last Assignee should be notified).

       

      Is this possible (I was looking at some NTE:SyS  forms, but did't find any solution...)   ?
