Are you trying to change the language that the date prints out in, or the format of the date output ? and for what – the infra mgr or in other places ?

I am implementing the Continuous Compliance for Server Automation Solution, I have configured the Atrium Orchestrator and the Remedy ITSM Artifacts but when I launch a Software deploy job with the "Approval type" the Change ticket is not created, the problem is the format date sent to the Atrium orchestrator Workflow. The workflow receives the date in english but is necesary in spanish because the Remedy is in spanish.
I think I need change the format of the date output.
i don't think there is a way to change this on the bbsa side. can you change the expected date format on the remedy side? also i would follow up w/ support to confirm.
