Its highly unlikely that the VLAN association is defined in the server itself. You have to run this against the physical port (prob best for BBNA) or at the vSwitch/PortGroup if VMware. Not aware of any blcli to move the virtual network.
Is this a VM or a physical server ? It might be possible to create a BLPackage that changes the setting in vCenter, you would need to browse the vCenter config objects to see what is there.

You can change the ips and such w/ normal ipconfig commands per the os – netsh, ifconfig, etc. if you want to mess w/ your switch config to move a port you’d need bbna and probably bao to orchestrate the workflow. You could make get away w/ some scripts run in the ppbj that connect to your switch and do it.
