Is this error you are getting in the Virtual Center screen or it is the error on the BSA job level. Can you send the appserver.log and bl-vmware.log of this.
Have you got the following in the exports file on vCenter?
The exports file has the following entry:
* rw,map=bmctest (bmctest is an administrator on vCenter)
The full error message is:

Fell can you send the bl-vmware.log and also as you said you were also able to create the VM from VC manually. Did you do it a direct VM creation or manually deploy a VM from the existing user.
I mean deploy a VM from the template.

This is related to the permissions that the vCenter user that you have configured within BladeLogic.
Can you please list down the detailed permissions for your vCenter user? The one you have entered within the Connection Property Set Instance within BladeLogic.
You're missing out on one or more specific permissions that might be required.
The user in the vCenter didn't have enough permissions and the exports file was set to the wrong user.
