This is possible from BO Reporting tool. Following forms should help:

The Common field on both forms is Service Request ID field.
Though its been long you asked this question on forum, i am assuming you may have the solution as well, but i came across and thought to share the information.

Has anyone found the solution to this request? I'm currently using the OOTB Universe and trying to pull the "Assigned Group" from the Assignee folder in Service Desk to join with the fields in Customer Satisfaction Survey, somehow it doesn't join and no value is being returned.
