    How to generate customer survey report with respect to engineer(assignee)

      We are using SRM and Service Desk module for our ticketing system. When user raise request using SRM, it generates incident for that request. Our support staff engineers work on the incidents and resolve after proper solution provided to customer. Once ticket is resolved, survey notification is triggered to user and he/she need to fillup the survey (not mandatory).


      Now, when oob report is generated to see the survey details, it does not show engineer name who worked on that incident. We want the report engineer wise. How can we generate such report?


      Please assist.
